摘要/Abstract

摘要： 大力发展以全科医学为主的基本卫生保健是我国现阶段医疗卫生改革的重点。医学教育作为医学人才输出的重要环节,需要有合理的评价机制作为导向。本文简述了基本卫生保健在美国医疗卫生改革中的重要作用,介绍了将基本卫生保健人才输出作为考量的美国医学教育排名标准,并探讨了其对我国医学教育评价机制改革的借鉴意义。

Abstract: The development of general-practice based primary health care has been the focus of the current Chinese health care reform. As the major source of cultivating general practitioners,medical education should have appropriate ranking and evaluation mechanism as guidance. This paper illustrates the importance of primary health care in health care reform in the United States,introduces the primary health care ranking mechanism in medical education evaluation,and explores the implications to the reform of medical education evaluation in China.
