摘要/Abstract

摘要： 冒充者综合征(imposter syndrome)是一种否定自我成就、认为自己冒充成功人士而会被揭发的心理现象。近年来越来越多的研究表明冒充者综合征在临床医师和医学生中发生率高,与职业倦怠、焦虑、抑郁等不良心理状态正相关,但目前我国缺少相关研究。本文综述了冒充者综合征在临床医师和医学生中的发生情况、关联因素、正面及负面影响、干预措施等,并提出未来研究方向,以期促进临床医师和医学生的心理健康。

Abstract: Imposter syndrome is a psychological phenomenon including self-doubt and the fear of being exposed as an intellectual fraud. Imposter syndrome has been garnering increasing attention in recent years, with more studies indicating its high prevalence in physicians and medical students and is positively correlated with adverse psychological states such as burnout, anxiety, and depression. Yet, there are currently no studies of relevant research in China. This article reviews the current literature on the prevalence and associated factors of imposter syndrome among physicians and medical students, as well as its positive and negative effects and intervention strategies, and points out directions for future research to promote mental health among physicians and medical students.
