法医现场学模拟命案现场实践教学探索

摘要: 法医现场学是我国法医学专业本科教学的重要组成部分,其中命案现场的勘验是重中之重,理应让学生到实际命案现场进行实践教学。但是由于需对案件保密和对学生人身安全负责等条件的限制,国内的大学在开展教学时大多无法让学生亲自去现场进行勘验,取而代之的一般都是在教室中开展案例教学,或者邀请公安人员向学生授课,导致法医学本科生现场勘验能力不足,毕业后不能很快适应工作。为了让学生更好地学以致用,本研究采用模拟命案现场的方式弥补法医现场学实践教学的不足,笔者重点介绍模拟命案现场实践教学的设计、流程及教学效果评估,同时对存在的问题进行探讨。

Abstract: Forensic scene science is an essential part of the undergraduate teaching of forensic medicine in China, among which the investigation of murder scene is the majority of all, and students should be given to practice teaching on the real murder scene. But due to the restriction by the confidentiality of the case, the protection of students' personal safety and so on, most of the domestic university can't make students go to the scene for an inquest, and instead it with developing case teaching in the classroom generally or inviting the public security police to give lessons to students, which result that the undergraduate of the forensic science are week in crime scene investigation and can't adapt to the front line work of public security after graduation. Based on the above problems, forensic sceneology teaching uses simulated homicide scene to make up for the deficiency in the practical teaching of forensic scene science in order to make students be able to practice what they have learned better.This paper emphatically introduces the design, process and teaching effect evaluation of simulated homicide case.
