The flipped classroom combined with a team-based learning method in clinical internship of respiratory internal medicine

摘要: 临床见习作为医学生医学基础理论与临床实践学习的桥梁,对医学生成长为医师具有重要的意义。翻转课堂联合基于团队学习(team-based learning,TBL)教学方式改变了以往“走马观花”式的临床见习,对于调动学生学习的主动性和培养学生的团队精神具有重要的意义。本文探讨了在锦州医科大学2015级五年制临床医学专业英文班学生的呼吸内科学见习中采用翻转课堂联合TBL的教学方式,提高了学生的自主学习能力和团队合作能力,培养了学生的临床诊疗思维,从而达到了提高医学人才培养质量的目的。

Abstract: Clinical probation, as a bridge to link preclinical medical theory and clinical training, is of great significance for medical students training. The combined teaching method of flipped classroom with team-based learning (TBL) has changed the previous “quick observer” clinical internship. It is important for stimulating students' learning initiative and team spirit. This article discusses the teaching method of flipped classroom combined with TBL in the respiratory internal medicine internship for medical students from the class taught in English as teaching language enrolled in 2015 in Jinzhou Medical University, so as to improve the students' capacity building in autonomous and teamwork, and the training of clinical reasoning, so as to reach the goal of qualified medical education.
