临床医学专业课程思政教学案例库建设的思考

摘要: 医学专业课程思政教学案例库的建设,有助于专业课程教师提高课程思政教学的实效性,推动医学教育改革。针对临床医学专业课程思政的育人目标,遵循科学性、实用性和系统性的原则,案例库分为医学史类案例、医学人物类案例、临床诊疗类案例和医患关系类案例4个板块,将临床医学生理想信念、敬业奉献精神、科学精神的塑造和辩证、批判性思维能力、医学人文素养、团队合作精神的培养有机结合起来,形成一个相互关联和补充的整体。高质量案例库的建设,需要专业课程教师和思政理论课程教师、医学人文课程教师的合作;学校也应该采取有效措施保障案例库的建设和使用。

Abstract: The construction of a case base for ideological and political theories teaching used by faculty has been proved to be able to improve effectiveness of education of ideological and political theory and promote medical education. Based on the mission of medical education and the principle of science, practice and system organization, the case base is composed of four parts: cases of medical history, medical scientists, clinical diagnosis/treatment and doctor-patient relationship. The education aims at shaping their ideals and beliefs, dedication, and scientific spirit, develop their dialectical, critical thinking capacity, humanistic and teamwork spirit and thus build an interrelated and complimentary competence structure. The development of a highly qualified case base requires the cooperation of faculty from different specialties and college authority should take effective measures to ensure the construction and use of the case base.
