三维动画模拟心电图波形在心电图教学应用中的探索

Exploring the application of 3D animated electrocardiography wave form in teaching

摘要: 目的 探讨利用三维动画模拟正常心电图和心室肥大心电图波形在诊断学心电图教学中的应用效果。方法 采用试验对照方法。利用动画制作软件,通过计算机三维建模,模拟具有正常心室、肥大心室特征的立体心电向量环及其经过“二次投影”形成正常心电图和心室肥大心电图波形的过程。并将动画课件应用于诊断学心电图教学中,课后评价教学效果。 2021年9至12月,以简单随机方法选择浙江中医药大学2019级七年制中医学专业30名学生作为试验组,采用三维动画模拟心电图波形课件进行教学;选择2019级七年制针灸推拿学专业30名学生作为对照组,实施传统理论讲授教学。教学结束后以理论考核、读片考核和问卷调查方式评价教学效果。采用独立样本t检验分析数据。结果 试验组学生心电图教学理论考核、读片考核成绩均高于对照组学生[(7.47±0.97)分比(6.90±0.89)分、(6.83±0.83)分比(6.23±0.68)分],其差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。试验组学生教学在问卷调查中“增加心电图知识的趣味性”“活跃课堂气氛”等方面的评分均高于对照组学生[(7.97±0.77)分比(7.37±1.07)分、(7.40±0.77)分比(6.90±0.92)分],其差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论 在诊断学心电图教学中,采用三维动画可视化技术模拟正常心电图、异常心电图波形,可以获得较好的教学效果。

Abstract: Objective To explore the effect of 3D animation simulation of normal electrocardiography (ECG) and ventricular hypertrophy ECG waveform in diagnostic ECG teaching. Methods From November to December 2021, a controlled experimental design was employed. Animation software and computer 3D modeling were utilized to simulate the process of forming normal and ventricular hypertrophy ECG waveforms from their respective 3D vector rings, which underwent ″secondary projection.″ These animated lectures were then applied in the teaching of diagnostic ECG, and the teaching outcomes were evaluated subsequently. Students from the seven-year traditional Chinese medicine program at Zhejiang Chinese Medical University in 2019 were randomly selected; 30 students were assigned to the study group, which received instruction using 3D animated ECG waveform lectures, while another 30 students from the seven-year acupuncture and tuina program were designated as the control group, undergoing traditional theoretical teaching. Following the teaching sessions, the effectiveness was assessed through theoretical exams, ECG interpretation exams, and questionnaires. Independent sample t-tests were performed to analyze the data. Results The study group achieved higher scores than the control group in both the theoretical ECG exam [(7.47±0.97) vs. (6.90±0.89),] and the ECG interpretation exam [(6.83±0.83) vs. (6.23±0.68)], both P<0.05. Additionally, the study group received higher ratings than the control group in terms of enhancing the interest in ECG knowledge [(7.97±0.77) vs. (7.37±1.07)] and invigorating classroom atmosphere [(7.40±0.77) vs. (6.90±0.92)] and so on, all P<0.05. Conclusions The use of 3D animation visualization technology to simulate normal and abnormal ECG waveforms in the teaching of diagnostic ECG has proven to yield favorable teaching outcomes.
