临床执业医师资格考试中实践技能考试考组设置策略研究

Setting strategy of practical skill examination group in clinical physician qualification examination

摘要: 目的 探索临床执业医师资格考试中实践技能考试第三站基本操作的考组设置优化,提高考试质量。方法 对2020年度某考试基地2 456名参加临床执业医师资格考试的考生实践技能考试第三站基本操作考试的用时进行统计分析,计算出每道试题的平均用时;根据24项基本操作之间的关系,对操作项目进行组合,将试题组合成不同模块,计算每个模块的总用时;根据各组间用时大致相同的原则,将模块组合成3个~7个考组;根据考组设置计算出所需设备和耗材数量。结果 2021年考组设置方案在国家实践技能考试基地应用,不同考试基地根据各自实际情况选择不同考组设置方式。在所选择的3个考试基地中,考试设备由原先的共25套减少到5套;在考试人数均有所增加的情况下,每个基地的每日考试总用时均比原先减少0.5小时。结论 在实践技能考试组织实施工作中应用考组设置策略,能够有效节约考试资源,降低考试成本,提高考试效率和考试质量。

Abstract: Objective To explore the optimization of the test group setting of the third station of clinical physician qualification examination and improve the quality of the examination.Methods Take note of the time consuming of the third station basic operation exam of 2 456 candidates in a certain examination area of 2020, calculate the average time for each question; Combine operation items according to the relationship between the 24 basic operations.Combine test questions into different modules, calculate the total time for each module; Combine the modules into 3-7 test groups according to the principle that each group takes roughly the same time; Calculate the number of equipment and consumables required according to test group setting.Results In 2021, the test group setting plan has been applied in national practical skills test bases.Different test bases choose different test group setting methods according to actual conditions. Among the three selected examination bases, the number of examination equipment was reduced from 25 to 5. When the number of examiners has increased, the total examination time of each base is reduced by 0.5 hours per day.Conclusions Applying the test group setting strategy in the organization and implementation of the practical skill test can effectively save test resources, reduce exam costs, Improve test efficiency and test quality.
