摘要: 目的 探索“互联网+”时代任务导向式翻转课堂(task-oriented flipped class,TFC)在住院医师规范化培训中的应用。方法 本研究采用试验对照方法。2019年7月,选取2018年1月至2019年6月在海军军医大学长海医院感染科参加住院医师规范化培训的74名学员作为研究对象,将2018年10月至2019年6月参加住院医师规范化培训的38名医师作为试验组,采用TFC教学方法;将2018年1月至9月参加住院医师规范化培训的36名学员作为对照组,采用传统教学方法。通过理论考核、实践考核、日常评价及问卷调查评价教学效果。结果 试验组和对照组总成绩[(208.47±4.58)分比(202.05±5.18)分]、理论考核总分[(81.35±2.79)分比(79.57±3.47)分]、实践考核总分[(84.38±3.34)分比(80.77±3.50)分]及日常评价总分[(42.74±1.44)分比(41.71±1.61)分]的差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。问卷调查结果显示,两组学员除学习兴趣及工作态度方面综合态度系数F近似外,其他各项试验组学员均明显较高,试验组对自主学习能力、沟通表达能力及人文素质提高最为明显(0.671比0.431,0.750比0.472,0.566比0.319)。结论 “互联网+”时代TFC教学方法有助于提高住院医师的理论及实践教学效果和综合能力,受到住院医师的较高评价。

Abstract: Objective To explore the effect of task-oriented flipped class(TFC) in residency training during “Internet plus” era. Methods The experimental control method was used.In July 2019, a total of 74 residents who received standardized training in the department of infection of Changhai Hospital of the Naval Medical University were included. They were divided into TFC group and traditional class(TC) group. The scores of basic theory, clinical skills,daily performance and the results of questionnaire survey were used to evaluate the teaching effectiveness and satisfaction. Results The total score of TFC group was significantly higher than that of TC Group[(208.47±4.58) vs (202.05±5.18),(81.35±2.79) vs (79.57±3.47),(84.38±3.34) vs (80.77±3.50), (42.74±1.44) vs (41.71±1.61), all P<0.05].The results showed that the TFC group has the most significant improvement in self-learning ability, communication and expression ability and humanistic quality(0.671 vs 0.431,0.750 vs 0.472,0.566 vs 0.319).Conclusions “Internet plus” era task oriented flip classroom helps to improve the theoretical and practical teaching effect and students' comprehensive ability, and it is highly evaluated by students.
