摘要: “工匠精神”是人们在对职业理性认识基础上的职业态度和精神追求,“工匠精神”无论是在西方国家还是在中国古代,其历史溯源由来已久。卫生职业精神与“工匠精神”一脉相通,与卫生服务信誉息息相关,是卫生职业教育立校之本。卫生职业院校可以通过思想引领、专业渗透、文化滋养和实践感悟等途径的有机结合,对学生进行具有行业特色的“工匠精神”的培养。

Abstract: “Craftsmanship spirit” means the professional attitude and spirit pursuit on the basis of the vocational reason. “Craftsmanship spirit” has already had a long history whether in western countries or in ancient china. Health vocational spirit is intimately tied up with the “craftsmanship spirit” and the reputation of health service, which is the footstone of health vocational colleges. Vocational colleges can develop the students' “Craftsmanship spirit” with characteristics by themselves, through the approaches of thought guidance, specialty immersion, cultural nourishment and practice inspiration.
