摘要: 美国博士后培养起步较早,有较为成熟的经验。本文通过对比分析中美博士后培养的管理机制、发展规模、经费资助以及培养质量与效果等,为进一步健全和完善中国博士后培养提供参考。建议借鉴美国多来源多渠道的资金投入机制,扩大宣传力度,鼓励社会为博士后培养提供资金支持,同时,以提高培养质量为核心,完善博士后的培养过程。

Abstract: Postdoctoral training started earlier in America, and has relatively mature experience. Based on the analysis and comparison of postdoctoral management mechanism, development scale, funding aid, training quality and effect between China and America, several policy recommendations were put forward,such as establishing the funding mechanism with multi-channel, and stepping up publicity efforts to encourage social financing. Furthermore, the process of postdoctoral training should be perfected to improve the training quality.
