摘要: 结合现阶段医学研究生群体的显性问题与困惑、思想教育人员的工作现状、思想教育工作的管理模式和工作理念、师生对研究生思想教育现存最大问题的看法等不同角度反映出来的问题,分析现实医学研究生思想教育工作在思路理念、运作机制、管理与服务内容等方面的困境与问题,为促进研究生思想教育工作的深入发展寻找突破口。

关键词: 医学研究生, 思想教育, 瓶颈, 突破

Abstract: Combined with the dominant problems and confusion of today's medical graduate student, the working status of ideological education teachers, management model and idea of ideological education work, the view of teachers and students about the existing problems of ideological education and so other problems, this paper analysis of dilemma and problems in terms of concept, mechanism, management and service content of practical medical students ideological education, to promote the ideological education work to find a breakthrough for graduate student.
