河南省医学研究生与导师双向关系的调查分析

摘要: 为了了解研究生教育中导师与研究生的相互满意度,以及研究生培养模式存在的问题,并探究其可能的原因,采用问卷调查的方式对河南省11家教学医院的研究生导师和研究生进行调查,从师生双方就硕士研究生培养质量的主要标准、培养模式及方法、侧重点、指导方式及双方满意度等进行调查分析。调查结果显示导师与研究生之间的满意度较高,但师生双方在硕士研究生教育的目的、侧重点等方面观点不一致。针对不同类型的硕士研究生,培养模式应当个性化。师生之间应当加强沟通,建立良性的师生相处模式。

Abstract: In order to survey the mutual satisfaction between graduate tutor and medical postgraduates in postgraduate education,and the problem and its reasons of training in postgraduates. The supervisors and postgraduate students of 11 teaching hospitals in Henan province were surveyed with questionnaire and statistically analyzed. The graduate tutor and postgraduate students were surveyed of viewpoints on the main criteria of postgraduate training quality,training model and method and mutual satisfaction. A high degree of satisfaction among graduate tutor and graduate students was shown,but postgraduates and graduate tutors had different viewpoints on the purpose of postgraduate education and emphasis. The training model needs to be individualized for different types of postgraduate. More communication was needed to establish a healthy mode of postgraduates and their graduate tutors.
