并轨后首届规范化培训住院医师和专业学位硕士研究生结业考核成绩分析

Analysis of the 1st stage assessment after the combination of the standardized training of residents and the postgraduate education of professional degree

摘要: 目的 分析首届住院医师规范化培训和专业学位硕士研究生培养并轨后结业考核成绩,探讨其影响因素。方法 采用资料分析法对2015年首都医科大学宣武医院各专业基地住院医师和专业学位硕士研究生的结业考核成绩进行整理,采用χ2检验进行统计分析。结果 由于本研究样本量相对较小,各专业住院医师和专业学位硕士研究生的理论、技能和总体考核成绩均未见明显差异;但住院医师理论考核和总体考核通过率均低于专业学位硕士研究生,两者技能考核通过率相当。结论并轨后,专业学位硕士研究生技能水平与规范化培训住院医师相当,而住院医师专业理论水平低于硕士研究生,管理部门应当采取有效措施提高住院医师理论水平。

Abstract: Objective To analyze the results and the influence factors of the 1st stage assessment of the candidates of Xuanwu Hospital after the combination of the residents standardized training and the postgraduate education of professional degree.Methods Statistically analyze the assessment results of the candidates including the residents and professional degree graduates in the 2015 residents' 1st stage assessment of Beijing.Results No significant differences of the theory, skill and overall assessment were found between the professional graduates and residents. But the pass rates of the theoretical and overall assessment of the professional graduates were higher than that of the residents', while the skill assessment was equal.Conclusions The skill levels of the two groups are equal, but the theoretical level of the residents is lower than that of the graduates. The management department should take effective measures to improve the residents' theoretical level.
