翻转课堂在手术室临床护理教学中的应用效果研究

摘要: 目的 探讨翻转课堂在手术室临床护理教学中的应用效果。方法 选取锦州医科大学2012级护理学专业84名本科实习学生为研究对象,将其分为对照组和实验组。在临床护理教学中,实验组学生应用翻转课堂教学方法,对照组学生应用传统教学方法。教学结束后进行理论知识与临床护理技能考试及问卷调查,以评价两种教学方法的效果。结果 实验组学生理论知识的掌握情况和临床护理技能的运用情况好于对照组学生;实验组学生认为翻转课堂教学可以更好地提高学习兴趣、学习效率与自主学习能力。结论 翻转课堂教学方法可以提高学生学习成绩和临床护理应急能力,增强学生自主学习能力和学习兴趣。

Abstract: Objective To study the application of Flipped classroom teaching method in clinical practice teaching of operating room nursing clinical teaching.Methods 84 under graduate internship students of Jinzhou Medical University(grade 2012)were selected, and divided into 2 equal groups, the experimental group was taught with Flipped classroom method, the control group was taught with traditional method, the effects of the two methods were compared by examining them and evaluating their clinical performance.Results The score and performance of experimental group were better than those of control group. The students thought that the Flipped classroom increased their interests and efficiency in learning and improved their ability of self-study.Conclusions The Flipped classroom teaching method used in clinical practice teaching of operating room nursing clinical teaching improve students' learning interests and achievements,and further improve their ability of self-study and clinical emergency response capacity.
