军医大学学员在本科生导师制中的成长需求调查与分析

摘要: 以第三军医大学496名高年级学员为调查对象,采用自编本科生导师制问卷进行测量。调查了军医大学学员对现行本科生导师制的实施效果、满意度和自身成长需求的看法。调查结果发现,尽管学员整体上对本科生导师的满意度较高,但对其实施效果认可度不高,实施过程中本科生导师扮演角色、带教形式和带教频率等均与学员期望值有较大差距,尤其是带教的经常性严重不足。由此可见,虽然现行本科生导师制取得了一定的效果,但还需要进一步建立健全制度、搞好宣传教育、狠抓落实,以期进一步提高其实施效果。

Abstract: This study investigated the implementation effect, satisfaction to tutor and growth needs of the tutorial system in 496 medical senior before internship from Third Military Medical University using self-developing questionnaire.Results show that the recognitions to implementation effect to tutorial system were relatively low and there were significant gaps between the reality and expectation in the roles, instructional contents and times of the tutors, although most students expressed satisfied with their tutors. It follows that the tutorial system for military medical undergraduates requires more sophistication and judgment.
