世界医学教育改革与发展回顾及我国八年制医学教育的思考

摘要: 2017年7月,《国务院办公厅关于深化医教协同进一步推进医学教育改革与发展的意见》的发布,标志着我国医学教育改革与发展进入新时代。本文通过回顾百年来世界医学教育发展中的三代改革,梳理了世界医学教育改革与发展的方向,并进一步对我国现代医学教育发展与改革历程进行总结,认为我国现代医学教育存在3个滞后和3个发展方向。在此基础上,就八年制医学教育进行系统思考,尝试提出其改革发展的相关建议。

Abstract: In July 2017, the State Council issued the policy of “Deepening the synergy between education and health system for promoting the reformation and development of health professions education in China”, which has epoch-making significance and means a new era of medical education in China. This paper has reviewed three generations of medical education reform in the past century, and summarized the direction of medical education development in the world. Further, the process of medical education development and reform in China has been analyzed and the idea of development lags and directions nowadays in China was put forward. Thus, a systematic thinking on eight-year medical education program was made and some suggestions on its development were given.
