模拟人在产科学实习教学中的应用探索

摘要: 目的 探讨产科学实习中应用产科模拟人(SimMom) 模拟教学的效果。方法 选取上海交通大学附属第六人民医院产科82名实习学生作为研究对象, 分为两组进行产科临床技能培训。其中实验组42名学生,应用SimMom进行模拟教学;对照组40名学生,采用传统教学方法。实习结束后采用调查问卷和客观结构化临床考试评估学生产科临床技能培训效果。结果 实验组学生在分析和解决问题能力、产科学内容的掌握、临床思维及操作能力、团队协作等方面优于对照组;在产前检查、临床技能操作和产科学手术操作方面成绩高于对照组。结论 SimMom模拟教学有助于激发医学生学习兴趣, 提高产科学临床技能培训效果, 是产科学临床实习教学的有益补充。

Abstract: Objective To explore the role of SimMom simulation education in the hospital teaching of five-year medical students of obstetrics. Methods A total of 82 students were divided into two groups randomlythe control group including 40 students was trained traditional clinical skilland SimMom teaching group was trained by simulation with 42 cases given the same content of clinical skills training. After the training finishedthe clinical skills training effect of the two groups was evaluated by teaching questionnaire and objective structured clinical examination. Results SimMom teaching group had more feedback in analysis and problem-solving abilityobstetric learning contentclinical thinking and operation abilityteam cooperation ability. The result was superior to the traditional teaching group. The scores of SimMom teaching group in prenatal examinationobstetric skills and obstetric surgical procedures are obviously higher than that of traditional teaching group. Conclusions SimMom simulated teaching method can stimulate the medical students’ learning interestand it is helpful for clinical skill training in obstetrics. Thereforeit is a useful supplement to clinical practice teaching in obstetrics.
