住院医师规范化培训指导教师能力标准的研究

Study on teachers' compentency standards in resident's standardized training

摘要: 目的 构建住院医师规范化培训指导教师的能力标准,为住院医师规范化培训指导教师的培训与准入提供参考依据。方法 在查阅文献、专家访谈的基础上,初步建立了住院医师规范化培训指导教师能力标准,采用德尔菲法对备选指标进行2轮专家咨询和筛选,计算各项指标的权重。结果 确定了包含4项一级指标、15项二级指标和31项三级指标的住院医师规范化培训指导教师能力标准。结论 构建的住院医师规范化培训指导教师的能力标准具有较高的科学性和可靠性,但其可操作性、信度和效度还有待检验。

Abstract: Objectives To construct the teachers' compentency standards in resident's standardized training,and provide references for teachers' training and certification in resident's standardized training.Methods On the basis of consulting literature and expert interviews, the standard of standard teachers' ability for standardized training was established. The expert consultation of 2 rounds was conducted with Delphi method, and the weight of each index was calculated.Results The competency standard for the standardized training teachers of three subjects including 4 first class indexes, 15 two class indexes and 31 three class indexes was determined.Conclusions The competency standard of the standardized training instructor for the resident has high scientific and reliability, but its operability, reliability and validity have yet to be tested.
