摘要: 目的 探讨指导教师负责制的小组教学方法在荟萃分析实践课程教学中的应用效果。方法 在北京大学医学部2011级八年制临床医学专业学生本科阶段开设荟萃分析(meta-analysis,Meta分析)实践课程,通过考核测试和问卷调查的形式评价教学效果。结果 指导教师负责制的小组教学方法能够达到培养本科医学生临床科研素质的教学目标,同时有助于医学人文素质的培养。结论 在八年制医学生本科教育阶段,采用指导教师负责制的小组教学方法开展Meta分析实践课程等临床科研课程的训练是培养医学生临床、科研、人文素质等综合能力的有效教学方法。

Abstract: Objective To explore the effect of tutorial system-based small group teaching model in clinical research teaching.Methods Include practical meta-analysis in the undergraduate courses of the 8-year program for the students that entered college in 2011 majoring in clinical medicine, and evaluate the effect by exams and questionnaire.Results The tutorial system-based small group teaching model helps to achieve theObjective of fostering the ability of undergraduate students in medicine to do clinical research and to improve their humanistic quality.Conclusions The tutorial system-based small group teaching model in the teaching of practical meta-analysis and other undergraduate clinical research courses of the 8-year program is an effective method for improving the ability of medical students to do clinical research and cultivating personal humanistic quality.
