三维可视化教学在肝脏外科学临床实习带教中的应用研究

摘要: 肝脏外科疾病病情复杂,解剖变异多,二维的影像图像理解困难,转变传统实习带教模式势在必行。三维可视化教学是一种行之有效的教学手段。本文总结了利用三维可视化教学对肝脏外科实习学生进行临床带教的应用效果。研究结果显示,采用三维可视化技术进行肝脏外科学临床带教有助于提高学生学习效率,激发学习兴趣,加深对肝脏外科学的理解,有助于肝脏影像学的学习及未来的临床工作,值得在肝脏外科学临床实习带教中推广应用。

Abstract: Liver surgical diseases are characterized by its complicated condition, a variety of anatomical variation,and more difficult to understand the two-dimensional image,so it's necessary to change our traditional clinical practice teaching model. Three-dimensional visualization teaching is an effective teaching method. This article summarizes the application of three-dimensional visualization teaching in surgical clinical practice of liver surgery in our hospital. The results showed that the three-dimensional visualization teaching could improve the learning efficiency of the interns,inspire the students to study,deepen the understanding of liver surgery and contribute to the learning of liver imaging and future clinical work.The conclusion is that the three-dimensional visualization teaching is worth popularizing in the clinical practice teaching of liver surgery.
