雨课堂教学方式在医学相关专业本科生教学中的应用效果评价

Evaluation of rain classroom on education of undergraduates in medical related majors

摘要: 目的 评价雨课堂教学方式在医学相关专业本科生教学中的应用效果。方法 利用系统综述方法,在中国知网、万方数据、维普数据库中,检索有关应用雨课堂教学方式在医学相关专业本科生教学中随机对照研究的文献,采用ReviewManager 5.3软件对纳入文献进行Meta分析。结果 共纳入2016年至2019年的22篇中文文献,Meta分析结果显示,采用雨课堂教学方式学生的实践操作考试成绩(MD=3.55,95% CI=2.63~4.47,P<0.01)、理论考试成绩(MD=6.77,95% CI=6.53~7.00,P<0.01)、教学效果满意度(OR=3.45,95% CI=2.66~4.47,P<0.01)均优于采用传统教学方式的学生。结论 雨课堂教学方式在医学相关专业本科生教学中的应用效果优于传统教学方式。

Abstract: Objective To evaluate the effect of the rain classroom for medical undergraduates. Methods Systematic review method was used. Literatures about rain-classroom teaching method for medical-related undergraduate in CNKI, Wanfang Data and VIP database were reviewed, and Review Manager 5.3 software was used for meta-analysis. Results A total of 22 literatures in Chinese from 2016 to 2019 were reviewed, Meta-analysis showed that compared with the traditional group, the practical test scores of the rain classroom group (MD=3.55,95% CI=2.63~4.47,P<0.01), the theoretical test scores(MD=6.77,95% CI =6.53~7.00,P<0.01)and the score for satisfaction of learning(OR=3.45,95% CI=2.66~4.47, P<0.01)were all higher than those from the traditional group. Conclusions The application of the rain classroom in the education of undergraduates of medical-related majors improves learning outcomes.
