Abstract: Since the promotion of standardized training for residents, various training and assessment systems have been established in major residential training bases across the country in order to improve the comprehensive level of resident doctors. In 2018, the ultrasound quality control system was established in the ultrasound department of the First Medical Center of the PLA General Hospital, and satisfactory results have been achieved. This system aims at the quality control of the instrument parameters, standard sections, report preparation and other aspects in the training process of ultrasonic residents, and combines the real-time quality control with the periodic review after the operation, striving to improve the operational capacity of residents quickly and effectively. In this paper, the application of ultrasonic quality control system in the teaching of residents in ultrasound specialty was described, and the evaluation results by residents, in ultrasound diagnosis department of the First Medical Center of PLA General Hospital in 2018 and 2019, were summarized and analyzed, so as to provide reference for improving the standardization and homogenization in the training process of residents in ultrasound discipline.
