Abstract: After the connection between the postgraduate training of the master's degree in clinical medicine and the standardized training of resident doctors, in order to ensure and improve the quality of the professional training, the organization of teaching staff is innovatively adjusted in The Second Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University. Try to introduce the post tutor system into the whole process of training and pilot the “double tutor system”. Research is carried out on the terms of appointment, job responsibilities, training assessment and guarantee incentives. Exploring ways to optimize the construction of the teaching staff after the connection between the master and the student.
