Abstract

Abstract: The paper investigates the current situation of obstetrics and gynecology professional teams in Lhasa and analyzes the requirement from the patients suffering from the common and frequent diseases as well as the complicated diseases. It is expected that the obstetrics and gynecology professional team construction will draw attention on the premise of promoting obstetrics and gynecology medical service level. With thoughtful reflection, the authors put forward the measures and ideas of how to reinforce the obstetrics and gynecology talent cultivation and professional team construction.
