Qualitative research on professional degree education of medical doctor

Abstract: Based on the grounded theory, this study systematically summarized the current status and major problems of the MD education through in-depth interview, text analysis and other qualitative research methods.The reform of clinical doctoral professional education should focus on clinical training institution, academic education system, students' actual feeling and participation of stakeholders. Feasible suggestionsare raised: strengthen macroscopical design, definite consensus of talent cultivation,encourage interaction and participation,optimize human resource management.
