On the role of part-time head teacher in the training of postgraduates of clinical medicine professional degree

Abstract: Recently, the training model of combination postgraduate education of clinical medicine professional degree with the standardized training of residents has been popularized in our country. Different institutions have actively explored the cultivation experience. In this paper, it was introduced the exploration of the system of part-time head teacher in the teaching hospital in order to solve the problems existing in the cultivation of the graduate students with master's degree in clinical medicine in Nanjing Medical University. Besides, it was summarized the head's role in enhancing ideological and political education for students and improving students' clinical skills, scientific capacity and humanistic literacy, etc.
