Abstract

Abstract: Objective To establish the evaluation index system of clinical medical ethics. Methods Literature review, the method of fitting at the beginning of the evaluation index, method and expert consultation method through group discussion on the relative importance of each index, and based on the mean score of screening indicators. Based on W Kendall harmony coefficient calculation, it shows that respondents in general assessment model is more consistent, the evaluation results can be used for further screening and construct the evaluation index system of medical ethics. Through expert consultation method to determine the clinical evaluation index system of medical ethics, and to determine the weight of each index and evaluation standards. Results The clinical evaluation system of medical ethics by five indicators, 14 of secondary indicators and 25 of tertiary indicators. Conclusions The structure of established evaluation index system of clinical medical ethics is basically reasonable and more pertinence. It can be further trialed and collecting the data in a certain range of hospital for making the research to facilitate the continuation and improvement of this research.
