Abstract: Laparoscopic surgery is a minimally invasive surgical operation with strong operability and professionalism. Due to the uneven distribution of clinical teaching resources and the existence of various training models, there are obvious regional variations in the training of laparoscopic surgery. Among many basic training models, simulation training box and virtual reality technology have the advantages of supreme practicality, interactivity and repeatability. As a key step in laparoscopic surgery training, the clinical practice skill has its own progressive laddering training characteristics. The training is designed according to the specific needs from surgeon, first assistant and operator as a need-oriented model in order to optimize the training outcomes. Based on the numerous laparoscopic training methods and new training tools available in China and abroad, this article reviews the current status and future prospects of laparoscopic surgical training to provide a reference for innovative development of future training methods.
