Taking as an example the Medical Branch of the Center for Teaching Advancement, Sichuan University, this article analyzes the connotation of the concept of FDC, and summarizes the possible measures to solve the above problems from three aspects: organizational guarantee construction, systematic development construction and goal orientation construction.
