Abstract: The standardized residency training of laboratory medicine is an important component in the training system of qualified laboratory practitioners, however, the training outcome is an emerging challenge. In this study, general-teaching, interactive-teaching and targeting-teaching were applied. Multi-dimensional evaluation and continuous feedback were conducted to accurately assess the effect of each teaching method. The application of this training mode for years is inspiring because of improved post competence of residence trainees.
