Abstract: This paper introduced the general situation of graduate students award system of Peking University Health Science Center and the ideological education function of this award system.. It also analyzed the present situation and effect of each function about this award system. It made us thought deeply on how to further improve the function of the reward system. We tried to use variety of methods to promote the reward system to play more functions, such as flexible and perfect guide, broaden the protection by government and universities, encouraging incentives though training and practice etc.All of which served for the promotion of graduate education and comprehensive reform of graduate education.
