Research on teaching improvement of resident standardized training based on process method

Abstract: Teaching evaluation is an important link in the improvement of resident standardized training.In the construction of residential training teaching improvement system,the process method can be fully used.Peking Union Medical College Hospital uses process method to improve residential education,strengthening the assessment,analyzing and improving process in past teaching practice,and building a plan-do-check-action (PDCA) quality cycle based on the process method.The hospital takes internal self-evaluation and external expert evaluation of implement situation,and uses strengths-weaknesses-opportunities-threats (SWOT) tools to analyze the results of residential education evaluation.Finally,based on SWOT analysis results,targeted improvement measures are put forward.
