Abstract: Objective This paper explores the application effect of teaching guidance database as a carrier in assisting breast surgery traing of postgraduates. Methods From January 2016 to January 2018, 16 clinical postgraduates majoring in surgery were selected. There were eight randomly selected to use the education conducting base to assist the teaching, that is, to add the learning content of the guidance to the regular teaching; the other eight graduate students joined the conventional teaching method, that is, to participate in the training of admission and the special lecture twice a week after admission. After the end of the teaching, the results of the two groups were compared, and a simple questionnaire survey was conducted among the experimental group. Results Questionnaire survey results of the experimental group showed that most of the students gave positive evaluation to the traditional teaching mode assisted by the conducting base learning; the objective assessment scores and subjective perception scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (all P<0.05).The assessment scores of experimental group by teacher (9.12±0.23) was higher than those of the control group (7.56±0.62), the difference was statist cally sigefiant (t=1.65,P<0.001). Conclusions The assistant teaching mode based on conducting base is better than the traditional teaching mode in breast surgery training, which is conducive to achieving teaching objectives and better realizing the purpose of training excellent talents.
