Calm thinking on case teaching of basic medical teaching at present stage in China

Abstract: Case teaching,as a teaching method,can increase bilateral exchanges,deepen comprehension,and improve the ability of analyzing and solving problems,etc. However,case teaching method also has many defects and limitations,especially at the five-year medical basic medical teaching in the present stage in China. It will affect the all teaching plan and aim if the case teaching method is used unsuitable. In this paper,through the analysis of the features,advantages and disadvantages of case teaching and traditional teaching methods in detail,in order to provide some ideas and suggestions for reasonable application of case teaching method in teaching in basic medical at present stage in China.
