Abstract: Objective To establish specialty-specific Entrustable Professional Activities (EPAs) for renal pathologists. Methods From 2024 to 2025, preliminary EPA indicators were drafted through literature review. A modified Delphi method was employed, involving two rounds of expert consultation and one consultation meeting with 12 specialists to refine the EPA framework. Results Eleven EPA indicators with content descriptions were developed, alongside expected entrustment levels for different training stages. The expert authority coefficient was 0.89±0.09, with 100.0% response rates across consultations. Kendall′s W coefficients for consensus were 0.448 and 0.510, respectively. Conclusions The established EPA framework is comprehensive and applicable. The development process demonstrates methodological rigor and reliability, offering a simple and practical standardized tool for competency-based training and assessment in renal pathology.
