全球化背景下医学生培养基本要求探析

摘要: 全球化改变了健康的决定因素和各国的医疗卫生服务,对医学生提出了新的要求。不同的国家、教育机构和学者对此展开了积极的探索。全球胜任力强调培养医学生站在全球高度思考问题和采取行动并解决问题的能力,涵盖了我国所提出的“国际理解教育”“跨文化交流能力”“国际视野”等要求,而全球卫生教育则要求医学生关注全球范围的健康公平,综合两者提出全球化背景下医学生培养的基本要求,对于医学人才培养质量的提升具有重要意义。

Abstract: Globalization has changed the health determinants and medical services worldwide, hereby updating the requirements for medical students has caught the attention of governments, institutions and scholars. The concept of global competence focuses on the capacity of globalized thinking for problems solving, and covers the requirements of “international understanding education” “trans-cultural communication” “international views” proposed in China, while global health education trains students about the health equality in the whole world. It is of great significances for improving the quality of medical education based on the essential quality requirements in terms of matching the goal of globalization.
