摘要: 儿科医师匮乏在我国是一个严峻的社会问题,儿科医师转岗培训是尽快充实儿科医师队伍的一种过渡性培训方式。本文通过对北京市首批儿科医师转岗培训实践工作进行总结,对培训中出现的问题进行分析,以期为建立有效的培训模式提供依据。

Abstract: Pediatrician shortage is a serious social problem in China. The job-transfer-to-pediatrics' training is a transitional training mode to enrich pediatricians as soon as possible. Through the summary about the first transfer training of in Beijing, the problems were analyzed in order to provide the basis for establishing a long-term effective training mode.
