摘要: 八年制医学教育作为培养高水平、高层次医学人才的途径,备受关注。本文对其发展历程进行了系统回顾,将其发展历程分为5个时期,明晰了其现状和特征,梳理了其面临的外在重围和内在挑战。研究认为,八年制医学教育应当明确培养目标、制定学位标准;坚持精英教育,探索多元录取;规范培养阶段,鼓励特色发展;允许政策空间,协同现有制度;建立组织机构,共同提高发展。

Abstract: As a way to cultivate high-level medical talents, eight-year medical education program has attracted much attention. In this paper, the development process of it in China has been reviewed systematically, and divided into five periods. Furthermore, this paper has clarified the current situation and characteristics, and sorted out the external and internal challenges faced. Eight-year medical education program should adhere to elite education and explore diversified admission, standardize the training stage and encourage the specific development with policy space to align with existing policies, establish an organization to improve development together.
