模拟诊疗方法在妇产科学临床教学中的应用

Application of simulation-based diagnosis and treatment in clinical teaching of obstetrics and gynecology

摘要: 目的 探讨模拟诊疗方法在妇产科学临床教学中的应用效果。方法 选取在徐州医科大学附属连云港市第一人民医院妇产科实习的徐州医科大学2012级五年制临床医学专业62名学生为研究对象,将其随机分为实验组32人,对照组30人。在妇产科学临床实习教学中,实验组在传统教学方法基础上增加一节模拟诊疗课程,对照组按照传统教学方法教学。学生实习结束时进行出科考核,同时要求学生实习后进行自我评价。结果 入院记录成绩,实验组学生与对照组学生相比差异无统计学意义(t=1.67,P>0.05); 比较两组学生的3种临床技能操作考核成绩及实习后自我评价的评分,实验组学生均高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论 模拟诊疗方法应用于妇产科学临床教学中可提高实习学生的临床技能操作及对实习教学的满意度。

Abstract: Objective To explore the effect of simulation-based diagnosis and treatment in obstetrics and gynecology teaching. Methods 62 clinical medical students of five-year program, grade 2012, in Xuzhou Medical University were divided into two groups randomly, 32 students in experimental group and 30 in control group. The experimental group added a course of simulation-based diagnosis and treatment, while the control group received regular teaching. Each of the students was examined, investigated and evaluated for grades and satisfaction degree. Results There was no significant difference between experimental and control group in the scores of writing admissions records(t=1.67,P>0.05); but the scores of experimental group students were higher than the control group in the three clinical skills assessment and satisfaction degree, there were statistically significant differences between the two groups (all P<0.05). Conclusions The simulation-based diagnosis and treatment can improve the clinical skill operation ability and teaching satisfaction degree of the interns obviously in the clinical teaching of obstetrics and gynecology.
