基于科学引文数据库的医学教育领域生成式人工智能研究分析

摘要: 目的 分析2021至2024年生成式人工智能在医学教育领域的研究热点和未来发展趋势,为未来研究提供参考。方法 采用文献计量学方法,使用检索词“generative artificial intelligence”“medical education”“chatgpt”,并通过CiteSpace工具对科学引文数据库截至2024年6月11日发文量和关键词进行分析。结果 2021至2024年共检索到相关论文219篇,形成10个关键词聚类,分别为大型语言模型、可读性、医学生、生成式人工智能、医学教育、机器学习、自然语言处理、搜索、唇腭裂、专业发展。结论 生成式人工智能研究日益受到医学教育研究者的关注;专业语言模型的搭建、教学模式的构建、医学教学内容的探索是生成式人工智能在医学教育领域研究的热点主题与发展趋势。

Abstract: Objective To analyze the research hotspots and future trends of generative artificial intelligence (AI) in the field of medical education from 2021 to 2024, providing a reference for future research. Methods Bibliometric methods were used with the search terms ″generative artificial intelligence″, ″medical education″, ″chatgpt″, and CiteSpace was used to analyze the number of articles and keywords published in the Science Citation Database up to June 11, 2024. Results A total of 219 articles were published from 2021 to 2024, forming 10 keyword clusters, namely large language models, readability, medical students, generative artificial intelligence, medical education, machine learning, natural language processing, search, cleft lip and palate, and professional development. Conclusions The research of generative AI in medical education is showing an upward trend. The construction of professional language models, the building of teaching models, and the exploration of medical teaching content are the hot topics and research trends in the field of generative artificial intelligence in medical education.
