自媒体助力医学专业人员的继续医学教育探析

We Media enhances continuing medical education for medical professionals

摘要: 目的 探讨自媒体如何帮助医学专业人员进行继续医学教育,为医学专业人员的继续医学教育提供新的途径。方法 通过《医学参考报疼痛学频道》微信公众号进行医学专业人员问卷调查,了解医学专业人员的一般情况、阅读偏好、阅读习惯等。结果 参与问卷调查的786人中,疼痛科医生人数最多,其次为其他临床科室的医生、麻醉科医生,基础研究人员人数最少。微信公众号、医学网站和医学会议成为医学专业人员了解医学资讯选择最多的前3种途径。最为关注的前3类文献报道为新技术与新方法、病例报道和指南。结论 自媒体可以借助其内容形式灵活、不受时空限制、便于打造学习共同体等优势让“无所不在”的学习成为可能,为广大医学专业人员的学习和发展提供了一个新的平台,也为我国继续医学教育提供了一种新的形式。

Abstract: Objective To investigate how We Media helps medical professionals with their continuing medical education and provides a new way of continuing medical education for medical professionals.Methods Conducted a questionnaire survey on the WeChat Public Account of Medical Reference Pain Channel and learned about the readers’ demographic profile, reading preferences and reading hobbies.Results Of all the 786 readers participated in the survey, pain physicians accounted for the largest, followed by readers of other clinical departments and anesthesiologists, basic medicine researchers are the least. WeChat Public Accounts, together with medicine websites and medical meetings, are the three favorite ways of learning about medical information for our readers. The three most popular topics of literature reports are new technology and management, case reports and guidelines.Conclusions We Media has the advantages of flexible contents and forms, less time and space limitations, easiness to form study communities, which makes it possible for“any time, any where learning”. We Media may provide a new platform of learning and developing for medical professionals and a new way of continuing education for medicine.
