北京市住院医师规范化培训麻醉科指导医师现况调查

A cross-sectional survey of standardized resident training teachers in anesthesia in Beijing

摘要: 目的 了解北京市住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)麻醉科指导医师现状,为开展师资培训做参考。方法 本研究采用问卷调查方法,2019年4月选取北京市已经获批的17个麻醉科住培基地的主治医师及以上职称的588名麻醉科医师为调查对象,问卷内容包括指导医师参加培训情况和对住培内容的熟悉程度等。采用SPSS 17.0软件对相关数据进行统计分析,计数资料组间比较采用χ2检验。结果 26.7%(157/588)的住培指导医师没有参加过住培,只有78.4%(461/588)的住培指导医师参加过院级师资培训。住培指导医师对麻醉亚专业知识中的心血管麻醉[35.4%(208/588)]、急性疼痛治疗[41.2%(242/588)]、疼痛门诊和病房[22.3%(131/588)]、重症加强治疗[21.9%(129/588)]、小儿麻醉[45.1%(265/588)]以及麻醉方式中的神经阻滞[57.7%(339/588)]很熟悉的程度低于其他麻醉方式(P<0.001)。住培指导医师对住院医师就科研选题、教学技巧和医学英语进行培训的比例较低,分别为55.6%(327/588),64.8%(381/588)和50.2%(295/588)。结论 北京市麻醉科住培指导医师队伍需要加强师资培训,提高接受师资培训的比例。本研究发现住培指导医师存在一些亚专业和麻醉方式短板,未来可以有针对性地进行培训。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the current status of standardized resident training teachers in anesthesia in Beijing in order to strengthen the faculty training in future. Methods This was a cross-sectional study. A questionnaire was distributed to all 17 standardized resident training institutions in Beijing in April 2019. Totally 588 attending anesthesiologists were covered who were asked to report their training experience and how familiar they were with the requirements of the standardized resident training. SPSS software and chi-square test were used to analyze the data. Chi-square was used to compare the Categorical variables. Results The results showed that 26.7%(157/588) of them did not receive standardized resident training themselves and only 78.4%(461/588) of them received hospital-based faculty training. There were no standardized teaching materials for resident training and the percentages of “very familiar” were significantly lower in five subspeciaties, cardiac anesthesia[35.4%(208/588)]; acute pain management[41.2%(242/588)]; pain clinic and ward[22.3%(131/588)]; intensive care unit[21.9%(129/588)]; pediatric anesthesia[ 45.1%(265/588)] and in one anesthesia method-nerve block[57.7%(339/588)] than other subspecialties of anesthesia methods (P<0.001). The percentages of standardized resident training teachers who carried out research, teaching skills and medical English training were relatively low, which were 55.6%(327/588), 64.8%(381/588) and 50.2%(295/588) respectively. Conclusions Faculty training is in need in standardized resident training teachers, and percentage of receiving faculty training needs to be improved. The current study found out some weakness in anesthesia subspecialties and one anesthesia method, which will be the targets of further faculty training.
