摘要: 妇产科住院医师规范化培训对医师的成长十分重要,培训中依据住院医师成长规律将临床能力的要求进行量化,形成操作性强并具有学科特色的培养和考核模式是值得研究的问题。本文基于置信职业行为,构建了依年资分层递进的、可量化的妇产科住院医师规范化临床能力培养考核模式,该模式共包括37项培训内容,每项内容对应的核心能力及对不同年资住院医师要求达到的信任等级不同,考核平台可以实时考核和反馈,实践中根据住院医师的反馈对模式进行了改进。

Abstract: The standardized residency training of obstetrics and gynecology clinicians is very important for their career development, so it is necessary to define quantitatively the clinical competency for the training according to the growth pattern and to develop a feasible training/assessment model matching disciplinary characteristics. Based on entrustable professional activities(EPA), an assessment model for a hierarchical and quantifiable standardized residency training in obstetrics and gynecology has been established. The model includes 37 training contents, and each of them has different trust level for residents with different competency and seniority. The assessment platform is used for real-time assessment as well as feedback and the training contents and methods are improved according to the feedback from the trainees.
