Application of HC video laryngoscope airway visualization technology in tracheal intubation teaching for clinical probation

摘要: 目的 观察HC视频喉镜气道可视化技术在气管插管见习教学工作中的实际应用效果。方法 将2017年7月~9月在北京大学第三医院院麻醉科进行临床见习的40名学生随机平均分为两组,即实验组和对照组,分别采用HC视频喉镜和传统Macintosh喉镜在教学模拟人上进行气管插管教学,教学完成后在教学模拟人上考核两组学生气管插管操作的掌握情况。分别记录两组学生气管插管首次成功率及总成功率、声门结构的显露分级、牙齿损伤、气管插管时间并对教学效果进行问卷调查。结果 实验组学生气管插管的总成功率和首次成功率高于对照组学生,实验组学生声门显露分级优于对照组学生,牙齿损伤发生率低于对照组学生,气管插管时间短于对照组学生。实验组学生教学满意度、插管操作掌握度、学习兴趣度均高于对照组学生。结论 HC视频喉镜气道可视化技术的应用有助于提高气管插管见习教学效果,可使学生快速掌握气管插管的技能并获得较好的教学反馈。

Abstract: Objective To observe the application of HC video laryngoscope airway visualization technology in tracheal intubation teaching for clinical probation.Methods Forty students who had not been trained in tracheal intubation were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 20 students in each group. The students in observation group were taught by HC video laryngoscope airway visualization technology on the model, while the students in control group were taught by the traditional Macintosh laryngoscope on the model. After the completion of the teaching, two groups of students were grasped about the tracheal intubation on the model. The success rate for first tracheal intubation, the success rate for total tracheal intubation, the classification of glottis structure(Cormack-Lehane classification), the incidence of tooth injury, tracheal intubation time and the score of clinical teaching questionnaire were compared between the two groups.Results The total success rate and the first success rate of tracheal intubation in the observation group were higher than those of the control group. The exposure grading of the observation group was better than that of the control group, the incidence of tooth injury was lower than that of the control group, and the intubation time was shorter than that of the control group. The teaching questionnaire showed that the score of teaching satisfaction, tracheal intubation proficiency and study interest were higher than those of the control group.Conclusions Application of HC video laryngoscope airway visualization technology helps the students quickly grasp the skills of tracheal intubation and gets better teaching feedback.
