硕士研究生医学科研方法学与统计分析课程的探索

Evaluation of postgraduate course medical research methodologies and statistical analysis

摘要: 医学科研方法学与统计分析课程将临床流行病学与医学统计学有机融合,通过对课程改革进行效果评价,为进一步提高教学效果提供参考。本研究选择中国人民解放军总医院研究生院2022级494名硕士研究生为研究对象,阐述医学科研方法学与统计分析课程改革的设计和实施过程,通过分析其对课程认知、课程教材、课程设置、授课效果的满意度进行课程改革效果评价。结果显示,参与调查的458名研究生中,433名(94.5%)研究生对该课程感兴趣,448名(97.8%)研究生认同其重要性;分别有435名(95.0%)、425名(92.8%)和437名(95.4%)研究生认为理论教材、实习教材和多媒体课件很实用;435名(95.0%)研究生认为授课安排较为合理。研究生通过课程学习后,成绩由10.0分(8.0,13.0)提升至16.0分(14.0,18.0),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001)。硕士研究生对医学科研方法学与统计分析课程满意度较高,课程改革较为合理,有助于其理解科研方法与统计分析方法,且为其他医学院校相关课程改革提供了参考。

Abstract: Medical Research Methodologies and Statistical Analysis advocates the organic integration of clinical epidemiology and medical statistics, and informs further improvement by evaluating the impact of course reform. A total of 494 postgraduates of grade 2022 were enrolled in this study. The course reform was evaluated by describing the design and implementation process of Medical Research Methodologies and Statistical Analysis, and by analyzing the satisfaction level of postgraduates regarding course perception, course materials, course settings and lecture effects. The results showed that 433(94.5%) of the 458 postgraduates were interested in the course and 448(97.8%) recognized its importance; 435(95.0%), 425(92.8%) and 437(95.4%) thought that the theoretical textbook, practical textbook, and multimedia courseware were practical, respectively. In addition, 435(95.0%) thought that course arrangement was appropriate, and the performance of postgraduates improved after the course [10.0(8.0,13.0) vs 16.0(14.0, 18.0), P<0.001]. In conclusion, Postgraduate students were highly satisfied with this course, and the effect of the course reform was favorable, which can help students understand the scientific research methodology and statistical analysis methods, and may be transferrable for other medical schools.
