PDCA循环在眼科学学术学位研究生临床前培训中的应用

Application of PDCA cycle in pre-clinical training for ophthalmology academic postgraduates

摘要: 计划-实施-检查-处理(plan-do-check-act,PDCA)循环以反复循环、不断改进目标和提高质量的特点,在医学教学中得到广泛应用。本文以中山大学中山眼科中心临床前培训为例,阐述了PDCA循环在眼科学学术学位研究生教学中的设计和实施,并通过理论知识、操作技能考核和问卷调查评价教学效果。结果表明,培训结束时37名(100.0%)学生的理论和操作考核均达到合格标准,27名(71.1%)学生认为在临床前培训课程中采用PDCA循环比传统教学更有效。可见PDCA循环用于眼科学学术学位研究生临床前培训,有助于学生更高效地掌握眼科学专业知识和操作技能,提高眼科学学术学位研究生的临床教学质量。

Abstract: Plan-do-check-act (PDCA) cycle characterized by repeated cycles, continuous amendment of goals and quality improvement, has been applied in medical teaching. Taking the preclinical training at Zhongshan Ophthalmic Center of Sun Yat-sen University as an example, this paper expounds the design and implementation of PDCA cycle in the teaching of ophthalmology academic graduate students, and evaluates the teaching effect through theoretical, operational assessment and questionnaire survey. The results showed that at the end of the training, 37(100.0%) students achieved the qualified standards in both theoretical and operational assessment, 27(71.1%) students believed that PDCA cycle was more effective than traditional teaching in the pre-clinical training course. It can be seen that the PDCA cycle is used for preclinical training of ophthalmic research-type graduate students, which can help students more effectively master ophthalmic professional knowledge and operational skills, and improve the clinical teaching quality of ophthalmic research-type graduate students.
