摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的探讨医学硕士研究生心理压力现状及其影响因素,并尝试提出能够有效缓解其心理压力的建议,为医学硕士研究生的培养提供一定的参考。方法采用心理压力源量表(修订版)、心理弹性量表、积极情绪和消极情绪量表及自编的一般情况调查表,对哈尔滨医科大学403名医学硕士研究生的心理压力源及其心理弹性、情绪状态进行调查,并进行描述统计和线性回归分析。结果修订版心理压力源量表的KMO值为0.904,可解释总变异67.4%。被调查的医学硕士研究生心理压力得分为(2.61±0.60)分,主要心理压力来源为经济压力(3.33±0.77),其次为学业压力(2.88±0.68)、就业和前途压力(2.85±0.81)。心理弹性(2.32±0.58)、专业满意度、家庭年收入是医学硕士研究生心理压力的影响因素。结论医学硕士研究生的心理压力受诸多因素的影响,学校应该有针对性地对医学硕士研究生进行心理健康教育。

Abstract: Objective To discuss the current situation of the postgraduate students' mental stress and its influencing factors, and to offer some suggestions that can be effective to relieve the mental stress, to provide a certain reference to the development of the training for the medical postgraduate students.Methods The mental stress scale, connor-davidson resilience scale(CD-RISC), positive and negative affect schedule (PANAS),self-compiled general information questionnaire were used to test the mental stress source and resilience, emotional state of 403 medical postgraduate students.Results The KMO value of the mental stress scale was 0.904, which could explain the total variation of 67.4%.The main mental stress source of medical postgraduate students is economic stress (3.33±0.77), followed by academic stress (2.88±0.68), employment and future stress (2.85±0.81). The resilience (2.32±0.58), professional satisfaction, the annual family income are positive to alleviate the medical postgraduate students' mental stress factors.Conclusions Medical postgraduate students' mental stress is influenced by many factors. School should have a targeted mental health education for medical postgraduate students.
