摘要: 本文力图以教育现代化战略目标为指引,从“医学教师职业为专业”的视角,提出了医学教学研究是教学学术研究的主张,以改革创新的时代精神,扬弃“重科研、轻教学”的传统学术观和教学观,重构“重科研、重教学”的现代学术观和教学观,为“医学教学研究”学术活动提供理论支撑,同时探讨了医学教学研究的2个显著特征,以有助于“医学教学研究”学术活动的发展,促进更多医学院校创建优质教学活动。

Abstract: This paper proposes the idea of medical education research is teaching academic research based on the sprit of reform and creative times. The traditional idea of paying too much attention to scientific research and despising teaching is discarded and the modern idea of paying attention to both of scientific research and teaching is reconstructed, providing the theoretical support to medical education research. It will be in fever of the development of academic activities of medical education research and the development of more qualified teaching activities by medical schools.
