中西医结合学科发展关键问题识别研究

摘要: 目的 分析我国中西医结合学科发展的关键问题,为促进中西医结合学科发展提供参考。方法 以“中西医结合+学科发展/学科建设/教学”为主题词,在中国知网、万方数据知识服务平台、维普中文科技期刊数据库中检索2023年3月1日前公开发表的文献,通过文献评阅和专家咨询建立问题清单,计算各个问题的重要性指数、严重性指数和优先解决指数,并以此确认关键问题。结果 共检索到文献43篇,通过分析归纳出我国中西医结合学科发展领域的主要问题14个,来自5家单位的6名中西医结合专家参与了咨询,其中优先解决指数排名前3位的分别为中西医结合住院医师规范化培训标准缺失、中西医结合教学模式不够成熟和中西医结合临床实践教学基地不足,优先解决指数分别为0.151 8、0.118 1和0.110 4。 结论 中西医结合学科发展面临多方面的问题,而适宜的住院医师规范化培训标准、教学模式和临床实践教学基地是中西医结合学科发展的关键问题,建议完善中西医结合住院医师规范化培训标准、优化中西医结合教学模式和加强中西医结合临床实践教学基地建设,助力中西医结合学科发展。

Abstract: Objective To identify and analyze the key issues in the development of integrated traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine discipline in China, and clarify the current bottlenecks in its development. Methods With the theme word ″integrated traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine + discipline development/discipline construction/teaching″, literatures before March 1, 2023 were retrieved in databases such as CNKI, Wanfang Data and VIP Database for Chinese Technical Periodicals. The problem list was established through literature review and expert consultation, and key issues were identified by calculating the index of importance (Ii), seriousness (Si), and priority (Ri). Results A total of 43 references were retrieved, from which 14 main problems in the development ofintegrated traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine discipline in China were summarized. Six experts in the field ofintegrated traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine from 5 institutions participated in the consultation, the results showed that the top three issues in the index of priority were missing standardized training standards for resident physicians in integrated traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine, immature teaching models for integrated traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine, and insufficient clinical practice teaching bases for integrated traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine. The index of priority was 0.151 8, 0.118 1 and 0.110 4, respectively. Conclusions There are various problems in the development of the integrated traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine discipline, and the appropriate standardized training for resident physicians, teaching mode, and clinical practice base are the key issues. It is recommended to improve standardized training standards, optimize teaching modes, and accelerate the construction of clinical practice bases to support the development of integrated traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine disciplines.
