江西省2022年口腔科住院医师规范化培训结业临床实践能力考核成绩分析

Analysis on the assessment results of clinical practical abilities for stomatology residential training in Jiangxi Province in 2022

摘要: 目的 分析江西省2022年口腔科住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)结业临床实践能力考核成绩,为完善口腔科住培提供参考依据。方法 收集2022年参加江西省口腔科住培结业临床实践能力考核成绩数据,分别对计数资料和计量资料进行描述性统计分析。单因素分析时计数资料使用卡方检验,计量资料使用方差分析,组间比较采用最小显著差异法多重比较。结果 江西省2022年口腔科住培结业临床实践能力考核总体通过率为95.7%(111/116)。口腔颌面外科、口腔修复科、口腔正畸科学员考核通过率分别为11/11、18/18和13/13,口腔内科和口腔全科学员的通过率分别为15/16和96.4%(54/56),其差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.001)。在接诊患者考站,口腔颌面外科和口腔正畸科学员评分分别为(87.71±3.81)分和(86.63±4.05)分,高于口腔全科学员的(83.53±4.93)分;在开髓术考站,口腔修复科学员评分为(88.39±4.09)分,高于口腔内科学员的(86.06±3.30)分、口腔正畸科学员的(85.92±2.21)分和口腔全科学员的(84.35±2.83)分,其差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.001)。结论 江西省2022年口腔科住培结业技能考核通过率较高,不同专业、不同类型考生各考站成绩均存在差异。基地可以通过督教结合,公平分配教学资源、加强师资培训、动态监测成绩等措施提升住院医师规范化培训质量,提高住培学员结业考核通过率。

Abstract: Objective Analyze the assessment results of clinical practical ability in the residency graduation examination of stomatology in Jiangxi Province in 2022. Providing reference for improving the resident training of stomatology. Methods Collect data on the results of the 2022 stomatology clinical practical assessment in Jiangxi Province, the counting data and measurement data were analyzed descriptively. In univariate analysis, Chi-square test was used for counting data, ANOVA was used for measurement data, and the least significant difference method was used for multiple comparisons between groups. Results The overall pass rate of the oral graduation examination in Jiangxi Province in 2022 was 95.7%(111/116).The pass rate of oral and maxillofacial surgery, oral restoration, and orthodontic surgeons were 11/11, 18/18 and 13/13, oral internal was 15/16 and that of general dentistry was 96.4%(54/56), all difference were statistically significant (all P<0.001). The average scores in oral maxillofacial surgery (87.71±3.81) and orthodontics (86.63±4.05) were higher than those in general stomatology (83.53±4.93) among patient admission station. The average score of prosthodontics (88.39±4.09) was higher than that of oral internal (86.06±3.30), orthodontics (85.92±2.21) and general stomatology (84.35±2.83) at myelotomy examination station. The differences were statistically significant (all P<0.001). Conclusions In 2022, the passing rate of the oral completion assessment in Jiangxi Province was relatively high. There are differences in scores among different majors and types of candidates at different exam stations. The professional base should improve the quality of standardized training of residents through the combination of supervision and teaching, equitable distribution of teaching resources, strengthening teacher training, dynamic monitoring of results and other measures to improve the passing rate of completion assessment.
